Our process
Plan
After your proposal is accepted we move to review the architectural drawings to resolve any discrepancies and identify the design challenges we need to address.
We outline an estimated project timeline and set up the project drawings set.
Design
Your dedicated project manager works with you to develop the Schematic drawings, Presentation set. We work with the architects to approve any necessary structural changes.
We prepare all conceptual and basic drawings needed for bidding and customer approval.
Detail
Once the Conceptual design is approved we move over to detailing the design. We prepare the full Construction Drawings and finish specifications and schedules.
When the drawings are approved we'll deliver the full set for construction.
